Store Norske Magi Mono is the monospaced companion to Magi, carrying the same clear, open, and measured voice into a typewriter-inspired form. Like Magi, it is shaped by a Nordic idea of everyday design, where simplicity, function, and longevity form the basis of its character.
Its geometric construction gives the typeface an even and deliberate rhythm. The drawing is uncomplicated and carefully considered, with close attention to spacing, alignment, and detail. Magi’s clarity and balance remain present, while the monospaced format gives the family a firmer and slightly more mechanical tone.
Across seven weights with matching italics, Magi Mono is made for branding, editorial systems, interfaces, signage, and structured information. It can be used independently or together with Magi as part of the same visual identity.

The font software has three stylistic sets: ss01 for alternate lowercase a forms, ss02 for alternate zero forms and ss03 for alternate percent and per mille forms.
